Liz is the founder of Anyhow Studio, instructor, and maker of mugs with extra long handles. She loves creative community, popcorn, naps, and the ocean.

Studio Manager, Instructor

Mary is a ceramic artist and instructor and heads up all of the daily operations here at the studio. From scheduling studio monitors to reclaiming clay, this gal does it all.

If you’re lucky enough to be in Mary’s orbit, then you know that she’s also a prolific baker. We asked Mary what her favorite dessert is and here’s what she said:

“A warm chocolate lava cake with good vanilla ice cream.” Close seconds are crème brûlée and pumpkin pie.

Studio Technician

Alex graduated from RISD with a degree in sculpture and has a real soft spot for ceramics. They are a lover of film, objects that tell a story, every single color (do NOT make them choose), and gnomes.

We asked Alex about their favorite place in Rhode Island and they said:
“I love the whole goddamn state of Rhode Island!”

We couldn’t agree more.
